Gotta Get Down on... Saturday
Goals for Tomorrow's Workout:
I'm going to do 5 cycles of this, ending with a 1 mile jog/walk situation (I'll update my time tomorrow).
I think I might steal this workout! I'm not very good at push-ups, so I do the lady version. I also had to look up the proper way to do a squat, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKKZ9AGYTi4.
